Stanley W. Butterfass
A search consultant since 1978, Stanley has managed scores of assignments in investment management, investment banking, insurance, commercial banking and real estate. During his 12 years of experience in human resources management, he was responsible for City University's organizational planning, training, professional recruiting and labor relations. Stanley has a B.A. from Hunter College and an M.S. in Guidance and Counseling Psychology from New York University.

Leonida R. Pepe
Since 1980, Leonida has worked as a search consultant, completing assignments in investment management, investment banking, insurance, commercial banking and real estate. Leonida worked for 12 years in human resource management at The Reuben H. Donnelly Corporation, a division of Dun & Bradstreet. She is a trained assessor and has run training programs on executive assessment and succession planning. Leonida has a B.S. in Business Administration from Iona College.

Deirdre MacCallan
Since 1985, Deirdre has managed assignments in investment management, investment banking, insurance, commercial banking and real estate. Deirdre was previously an executive specializing in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble and worked in Finance at the New York Metropolitan Opera. She has a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
