Butterfass

A search consultant since 1978, Stanley has managed scores of assignments in investment management, investment banking, insurance, commercial banking and real estate. During his 12 years of experience in human resources management, he was responsible for City University’s organizational planning, training, professional recruiting and labor relations. Stanley has a B.A. from Hunter College and an M.S. in Guidance and Counseling Psychology from NYU.

Leonida R.

Pepe

Since 1980, Leonida has worked as a search consultant, completing assignments in investment management, investment banking, insurance, commercial banking and real estate. Leonida worked for 12 years in human resource management at The Reuben H. Donnelley Corporation, a division of Dun & Bradstreet. She is a trained assessor and has run training programs on executive assessment and succession planning. Leonida has a B.S. in Business Administration from Iona College.

Deirdre

MacCallan

Since 1985, Deirdre has managed assignments in investment management, investment banking, insurance, commercial banking and real estate. Deirdre was previously an executive specializing in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble and worked in Finance at the New York Metropolitan Opera. She has a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Angelo

Angelo joined BPM in October 2008, as Practice Leader for the Wealth Management practice.  His expertise is in the recruitment of Financial Advisors for global wealth management organizations.  Prior to joining BPM, Angelo was with Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management.  He has a B.S. degree from Mercy College.

Anne M.

Allen

Anne joined BPM in June 2000 as Senior Researcher. Her expertise is in candidate development in asset management, investment banking and insurance. Over the course of her career, Anne has worked in human resources at several major corporations. Anne holds a degree in business from the New School of Social Research and a certificate in Training & Development from NYU. Anne has lived in Europe and speaks Spanish and Italian fluently.
