Managing Director, Manager of External Managers

Our client is a global insurance company based in NYC. The Manager of Managers is responsible for the strategic outsourcing of non-core investing activities in order to enhance the risk adjusted returns of their investments. This leader will support the investment management process through the selection of superior managers and business models for high yield, bank loans, emerging markets, equities and alternative investments, including private equity and hedge fund of funds.

Head of Economic Strategy

The role of this position is to assess and forecast global macro economic indicators and financial market trends in support of the asset management group for a major global insurance company. This individual will work with the Portfolio Management Unit, the Risk Management Unit and the lines of business, providing strategic market information to the asset class portfolio managers to assist in the establishment of portfolio strategy and structure.
